What is Integrative Attachment Therapy?
Developed at Harvard, IAT is a deep and robust set of methods that honours the history of attachment theory and research, and integrates the understanding of what makes psychotherapy effective, both in general and in application to attachment problems.
The model employs a three pillar approach to treating attachment disturbances, including Metacognition, Collaboration and the Ideal Parent Figure Protocol.

IAT Intro Course
This is an introductory course presented in a collaborative, conversational format – helpful for therapists and practitioners looking for a brief overview of the model and how it helps adults to resolve attachment insecurity.
ON-DEMAND, 5 hours
IAT Level 1
Beginning with Level 1, our IAT trainings provide a 3-level international accreditation pathway for mental health professionals who wish to expand their understanding and skill for helping adults to resolve attachment insecurity.
ONLINE + LIVE, 100 hours
IAT Level 2
This course is the next step in pursuing full accreditation as an Integrative Attachment Therapy practitioner. Available to psychotherapists, counsellors, and mental health professionals who have already completed the Level 1 training.
ONLINE + LIVE, 80 hours
